Warranty Process

>We require information about your product + photos in order for our warranty team to properly review your case; see what’s needed for each product here. - Wait approximately 7-10 business days for the warranty team to review your case.
- If approved, the warranty team will send you a promo code to order a new replacement product on our warranty site here: https://warranty.stearnsandfoster.com/
Can I upgrade my warranty replacement?
Upgrading your warranty replacement is available for mattresses and flat foundations (adjustable power bases + pillows are not eligible for warranty upgrades). To upgrade, simply select a more expensive replacement product and pay the difference between the cost of the original product being replaced and the cost of the upgraded product. A new warranty will be provided when you upgrade, otherwise, the terms from your original warranty will continue.
